This review is not directed at the local neighborhood dealers, who are often helpful and courteous. My concern lies with U-Haul's corporate logistics and vehicle dispatch team -- who have proven to be unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely unaccommodating. Despite making a reservation months in advance, I was informed that I would need to travel over 70 miles to pick up the reserved equipment. That is not customer service. When a customer makes a reservation, the company should ensure that assets are available locally or take steps to relocate them as promised. This experience has completely eroded my trust in U-Haul's ability to deliver on its commitments. I will not be using U-Haul again. read more

Someone close the associated with me has lost all their items through U-Haul they turned around and sold her whole storage unit without notification. So-called manager of the area was supposed to contact us and let us know when it was going to go up for auction. read more
