When my vehicle had slid off an icy road and the front bumper and grill were damaged, I took it to Arrowhead Auto Body. They gave me an estimate to have it looked at which was accompanied by a strong opinion that it would be costly to repair and that parts needed to be replaced. I didn't have the funds that day, which seemed to annoy the representative in addition to the fact that I didn't want to dive into a repair before the vehicle was even looked at to assess the damage. I was told I could only leave it parked there for a day or two. So, thankfully, I saw that another shop, Everything Automotive, was across the street, and I took it there. The customer service was awesome, and they actually even let me keep the vehicle parked there for 1-2 weeks until I had the money for a potentially costly repair. When they checked everything, there wasn't any actual damage that needed repair. When I came to pick it up, they didn't charge me anything. The whole experience was a surprise and felt like great customer service and just kindness. I'm sure that Arrowhead Auto Body has allowed for many positive experiences, however, because of mine, I would tell a friend to consider other shops or at least get a second opinion. I've continued to have really great experiences at Everything Automotive. Arrowhead Auto Glass (full auto body shop) is also a good shop.

The body work though absolutely horrible. I took my vehicle over to another body shop after asking Abra to fix the off centered hood headlight and bumper and fender they told me everything was within spec. They did not replace any suspension or even look at it even though the wheel took damage. They did the most shady frame work. Just take your car to Arrowhead Auto Body. The other body shop found parts that were said to be replaced and clearly was not replaced and the amount of overspray with the paint was horrible. They spray painted wiring harness'. The insurance is now contemplating to either total loss the vehicle or have the other shop fix it. Abra is horrible and shady stay away!

With the first one I had to wait a while to get on their schedule, but Josh did some quick temporary repairs so that my car was quite driveable while I waited. It was well worth the wait! They repaired it to perfection in a timely manner, with great communication all along the way. It was returned to me perfectly detailed, looking like a brand new car. I had the same experience the second time. That time, due to a critical family medical issue, I had to go out of town and Josh worked my car in while I was gone so that I would have a car when I returned, as due to my circumstances I would be gone again for quite a while. They handle all the details in dealing with the insurance company and also have an arrangement with a rental car agency so that a rental car may be picked up onsite.
