After talking to the owner, he refused to returned the part in retaliation for discontinuing their services. Their secretary confirmed over the phone that the part (regulator) belong to the property. Moncton Propane Service Inc. only had the right to take the tank for which the tank was a yearly rental. Everything from the tank on was previously installed by another company. By taking the regulator, he left us without being able to connect another tank to provide hot water and heat for the house. That left us without hot water and heat for 36 hours.
