This place is 50/50 that you will get good service. I've had excellent service when I moved here from an older kind man who helped me check in my trailer. I've had good customer service when reserving a trailer and having questions answered before hand. Both from professionally acting women. Unfortunately, i recently reserved a trailer for a one way trip and when I went to pick it up they had rented to someone else already. They told me I was suppose to pick it up at 11am that morning. I was never contacted to schedule this pick up time and would not have been able to leave my work to get it anyway. Also, after talking to other Uhaul representatives in a not so nearby town, they said with one way rentals they don't schedule times to pick up because the trailer is rented for a 3 day period. The employer there had two things to say " they were supposed to have called you" and "there is nothing we can do bro, you were supposed to be here at 11am to pick it up". Maybe it's an age thing but I feel they rented it out from under me. The Uhaul in Medford saved me, although it cost me a 150 mile round trip and $30 in gas to pick up the trailer. So be cautious, you don't know what you'll get here. read more

great service, above and beyond i needed a large box to ship a guitar, i usually use their 48x15x15 and there were no more, when i mentioned what i ship the guy working the front desk retrieved a perfect box size and shape to do exactly what i needed free of charge. i should have gotten his name so he would be rewarded but i suck. when i have rented from them in the past they were quite easy to deal with and quick. read more

Got pulled over for the trailer having a brake/turn signal light out. Now we get to wait to have it fixed tomorrow. Priceless.

Don't rent from u-haul!!!!! I paid for insurance and explained where I was going and they billed me for the tow when the uhaul got stuck on a mountain. Not sure what I paid insurance for?? the bill was enough money to buy my own truck don't rent from uhaul they are cons. read more

Went this morning to pick up a trailer and have 0 experience on how to hook up or anything else for that matter and Brian that works there helped me with Everything! It's their job I know but in a world of not very good customer service, it's Nice to have someone go out of their way to help! Suspect I went in too early for packing supplies, maybe they have additional counter help later in the day?? in any case, the one fella there was busy working with a rental customer, which i get, but after standing around for 15 minutes and zero acknowledgement, i bailed and went to staples where i was in and out in 5 minutes. wanna stress this WASN'T this fellas fault beyond he shouldve acknowledged my presence and said he'd be with me just as soon as he is able. read more

I have used this company for my move and we bought supplies and rented 3 trailers from them over the summer. Great experience. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. The U-Haul on-line main site (not this local business directly) booked the wrong trailer for me and I noted it on my confirmation e-mail. I called U-Haul Moving &Storage directly and they fixed it immediately for me. Sorry others had a bad experience but I had a great one! read more

Honestly the worst experience of my life at any business. The general manager had my boyfriend try to move an auto-trailer to prove he couldn't with the expectation that if he could we could rent it and move it off property until our truck could caravan into town. We were desperate and didn't mind working to get it off the property if it means getting home, so he went out to prove it's not a big deal. During this time we talked about options and he expressed places we could perhaps even put it. My boyfriend successfully moved it, and they THEN told us it would be a breach of their liability contract. Literally smiling as my boyfriend came in, sweating AND bleeding, from successfully moving the machinery we need and payed for to tell us we can't rent it without the towing vehicle. "couldn't do it could ya?" He then back-pedaled and said he never told us that when both of us heard and verbally clarified. They laughed before beating around the bush and telling us no after we asked seriously eight times. They absolutely refused to communicate; feigning a smile doesn't count as quality service, or service at all for that matter, so one star. We even got a truck to help us hitch it off the property as that was their final excuse, and they THEN inform us it's the insurance that has to align with their paperwork. Just a waste of time. I also talked to Amy on the phone to try to figure out my situation and she was completely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from here read more

Called a month ago to guarantee an enclosed trailer and went to pick it up and they gave me the COMPLETE opposite of what I ordered. The lady was not helpful and didn't give us a discount for the inconvenience but charged us more! Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service I have ever experienced. My mother and I saw an auction online with a travel trailer at this U-haul company in Klamath Falls. We were interested in it but the auction company (storageauction.com) didn't give any information on the trailer except the company it was built by. So my mom called the U-Haul company and asked a few questions which they couldn't answer so she asked the girl if we could come by on Monday to see it so we could measure it and figure out what year it was and the condition of the tires etc. My mom also let her know we lived in Medford. She was very nice and said "sure that would be fine." So on Monday morning 3 of us drove 90 minuets to Klamath falls to check out the trailer. When we arrived, there were 2 ladies working (different from the girl on Saturday who told us it was ok for us to come see it). The first lady we talked to didn't know what to do so she asked the other lady. The other lady said she needed to make a phone call to ask about it. When she got off the phone she told us we could not go in to see it and that we only could look at it through the fence. We told her that we were told we could by one of there girls working on Saturday. But this lady didn't care. She just said she was wrong. This lady could care less we just drove 90 minuets and had another 90 minuets to drive back to Medford. She was rude and snotty. Not a way to do business. Was not apologetic at all and her tone didn't change till I told her I was going to write a review about it. I then asked if they could go back and measure it for us. So she called that same lady in charge of the auction and was told no. So then I called the lady in charge of the auction and asked why. She said she couldn't give anyone an advantage from anyone else. So it wasn't ok for the girl to measure it for us because it would give us an advantage. But it was ok for the auction lady to email my mom about it and say she thought it was about 35ft. But how is that not giving someone an advantage over another. (And there is no way it was that big) Oh and by the way the auction lady's name from storageauction.com is Rita Christianson out of Eugene. The U-hall girls told us that this was the first time to do the online auction and they still were learning how to do things. Well, that is no excuse! They should of at least reimbursed us for our gas. read more

I received excellent customer service from Amy after finishing an exhausting move. She worked with me to solve a problem caused from a different u-haul store. She is quick and proficiently at her job and is by far my favorite U-haul employee. read more

Horrible experience with hitch wiring. Employee named Steven was very abusive. Luckily they record phone calls and manager could hear it. Installed incorrectly and then even before I used it the module went out shorting out my tail lights. Lithia had to fix the work. I was told they got a lot of complaints about Steven being abusive and with his temper yet he was still working there. Valerie was great at trying to help and fix the issue but they need some good employees to help them. read more
