Worst service ever. They were fast to sell me a vehicle, but when it comes to fixing anything on the vehicle, it is a mess. I purchased my car from them end of March 2014, within two weeks from purchase date the check engine light came on. I called, made an appointment; they fixed it (at least that is what they tell us). Couple days later the engine light came on again, once again I took it back, they "fixed" the problem. After that, the AC unit in the car started making a weird noise, I called scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off the night before. When we called to get an update on the car, they told me they were unable to fix the car, I have to go the Prospect Park location. The problem was a two minute fix. The check engine light came on again, called made an appointment, the day arrive to take my car in, drove to the location just for them to tell me they have to reschedule me. They did not call me the day before to reschedule, they wasted my time. They rescheduled me, "fixed" it again, two days later the light came back on. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off the night before. Called for an update, they told me once again "we are unable to fix the car, take it to Prospect Park." They are incompetent and do not know what they are doing. I regret purchasing a car from them. They are quick to take your payments, but not quick to fix their problems. read more
