Located on a side street, not in a 'touristy' area, we happened upon this restaurant for lunch while wandering around the city. It was a hot, sunny day, the first of the season, and we decided to sit at one of their few outdoor tables.
The waitress brought us English language menu's and we ordered our beverages. There were quite a few items to choose from including one section of 'Czech traditional' items. The entree salad with grilled nectarine is delicious! The entree salad with beets has cold, shredded beets and was fresh and light on a hot summer day. The traditional Cheese Plate is two large slabs of cheese, coated in bread crumbs and deep fried - very filling. The burgers were good.
As we arrived 'late' for lunch, there was only one other table occupied so it's hard to judge how attentive the staff would be during a busy dinner service. The portions were large, and delivered hot. For two of us, including beer and soft drink, the bill came to 658.00 CZK. (About €25 at time of this review) read more
