The cheeses travel in their sealed wrappers and stay fresh for a significant time (not that they will last that long). When we entered Cheese & More we also found the shop employee (aka cheese expert) to be quite friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and speak English and German. Not every cheese is like the next one, good cheese may not only be much more expencive, if it ie really good quality it is simply recognizable by the typical smell each type has got.
