Taste nature, feel good, enyoj life, no bad idea to test the haunting good cheese specialities of the famous brand of the Schoenegg dairy farmers round the corner, stubborn folks who insist on day by day feeding the best and most tasty unique Alpine gras to their beloved cows jodeling from the mountain tops. Smell, have a bite, you will easily discover the difference in quality. Not every cheese is like the next one, good cheese may not only be much more expencive, if it ie really good quality it is simply recognizable by the typical smell each type has got. Sadly we could not taste or buy them all, but we sure did want to! The prices are high; ok quite high, but one taste and your salivary glands will convince your wallet to pay up for the goods. The cheeses travel in their sealed wrappers and stay fresh for a significant time (not that they will last that long). When we entered Cheese & More we also found the shop employee (aka cheese expert) to be quite friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and speak English and German. This is a cheese shop featuring a large variety of Henri Willig cheese, as well as "more"…read more(crackers, jams, and other things that pair with cheese). There are samples and the cheese wheels are wrapped in wax and suitable to keep at room temp to transport abroad. The staff at the shop was also very friendly and spoke English. Highly recommend!
