This place is an absolute GEM! We stopped by on our way back to Munich after visiting the castles in Hoenschwangau and it was just the best. Warning: The proprietors speak very, very little English. We managed to order a cheese and charcuterie board between their limited English and our limited German and it was just the best. They were so kind and hospitable, and the cheese, charcuterie and dessert were fresh, delicious, and perfectly paired. This is a WIN! Don't eat at any of those touristy places near the castles, go off the beaten path a bit and give Kasehaus a try... you won't regret it! read more
