Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL…read more With no notice they raised my bill. I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING. Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again). Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past. This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to. I'm going to have to find an alternative. This company has LOST ITS WAY. There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to. No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.

I recently stopped my subscription to the New York Times and renewed my Placer Herald subscription instead. I am seriously pro local newspapers and pray that they never go away. My experience has been less than ideal. It started off fine…read morewith constant communication then once I signed up, I was basically just passed around from one Account Manager to the next and communication became less frequent (once per 2-3 months) unless they needed something. I have had 5 different 'account managers' in less than 6 months and only one creditor account has been negotiated in this time. However, they are still collecting their fee. I would not recommend.

They promised to help reduce my debt, but instead, they pushed me into even more debt than I started with. The fees are hidden, buried deep where no normal person would notice them until it's too late. Then they use their shady contract to trap you. They act like they're trying to help, but all they care about is getting your money. Customer service is a joke -- once you sign, good luck getting real help. Do NOT trust them. If you're struggling financially, this will only make things worse. I regret ever signing up with them. I truly hope this review helps someone avoid the financial nightmare I experienced. This company is incredibly deceptive. They do not disclose their fees upfront, and they will say anything over the phone to get you to sign their contract -- which is packed with hidden charges. I was misled, lied to, and left with a much bigger financial burden than I started with. I'm now stuck learning a very expensive lesson. Please, if you're in debt or facing financial hardship, call your creditors directly and work out a plan yourself. Do not trust this company. Save yourself the stress, money, and regret. They stole $4200 from me they refuse to refund.
