I provided my bank statement showing proof that the payment was made and even requested a three-way call with my bank to verify the transaction. Instead of properly resolving the issue, I received a reinstatement letter requiring six months of premium upfront. This feels unfair and punitive, especially considering that I fulfilled my payment responsibility. This situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I expected better communication, proper payment verification procedures, and fair treatment as a customer. I hope this company reviews how situations like this are handled so other customers do not experience the same issue. At this point, I am exploring my options moving forward. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer service and proper investigation before canceling a paid policy.

They informed me that I never had coverage due to lack of documentation and that the $2100 was refunded to Almonte Agency in April and that the check was cashed in May. At no time did Ms. Peralta reach out to me. For 7 months, I thought I had valid insurance coverage. When I texted her with what I knew, she said she would refund me that same day. But it took me 8 hours of her not answering calls/texts, and much frustration, to finally get my money back. What she did was unethical and illegal.
