I went to speak to Jeff about it to see if he could help. To my surprise he just said no and offered no suggestions. He than approached his boss who was sitting at another desk. This other man didn't even raise his head to listen to what Jeff was saying, he just nodded his head to say no. They both offered nothing to help. Even if they couldn't help , which I would understand, I was hoping they could have offered some advice. After that I went to a local Insurance Agency where I live and these two women spent two days doing research to see if they could help me and they came up with some great great suggestions. I'm going to try to remove my accounts from that agency. I spoke to the agency in Kings Park where I live. They said they would take care of it but they never did. So I will now look for the another company. I was just very sad and very very disappointed . I got the impression that they couldn't care less. Just tonight we received a Notice of Cancellation. We called and were advised Progressive is cancelling because there were too many changes to our policy !! The reps we dealt with when initially placing our policy were the most incompetent, ill trained folks ever ! I can only imagine how poorly they'd handle a claim !! Don't use them .. you get what you pay for...

When we called up, they explained that the New York rates were revised and also, our online discount expired. Cant fault a company for trying to make a few bucks, but it's a bit shady to jack the rate without any notice. An email, a letter, anything would have been nice. Anyway, we shopped around for a deal and ultimately joined up with Geico who gave us a comparable policy that was nearly $100 less per month! Pretty sweet deal. Hopefully things will work out with them this time around.

I didn't know you needed to do this three months earlier so he actually renewed my policy didn't review pricing or if I needed additional insurance I was over insured and he took it upon himself just to renew the policy Without asking me a question but I also had a excess liability umbrella. He didn't do anything with dad and that canceled never had an owner treat me like this and the kicker is when I went to move my insurance elsewhere. He said well you go try and do that cause I have a good relationship with the company and it ain't happening. it's excuse me Well it hasn't happened yet.
