He followed up and helped me switch over while giving me better coverage. I also inquired about a whole life insurance policy. They gave me all the documents and explained all my new coverages twice over to make sure I understood everything. I just let my bills get paid on autopay and did not give my insurance needs a second thought, but after a conversation with a friend where I mentioned my annual premium and the dismay on there face, I decided to shop around and see if I could save some money. I went to a couple of different brokerages and was not impressed at all by the service I was receiving. A lot of these places seemed to be unprofessional and not trustworthy. Just as I was about to bite the bullet and stick with my current insurance situation, a friend of mine recommended OneLife and Happy. OneLife and Happy made sure to go out of there way to take care of everything for me to ensure I had the right coverage at a great price. The process was smooth and efficient. The professionalism shown by Happy ensured that he got my business. I was able to walk away with a 30% annualized premium reduction and better coverage. Please do yourself a favor and see if you can save some money and ensure you are covered by visiting OneLife.

Everything was done over the phone and I'm glad that I was given the best insurance quote. Monteverdi was very professional, he took his time to assist and help me with the best auto policy for my new car. Infact he offered me a cost effective policy that helped me save over $300. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I told her I needed coverage starting November 24, and she said it would be simple since she could find everything on the Zillow listing. After that first call, I never heard back. I followed up on the 19th to confirm she had my correct email, and she said she'd get back to me soon--but again, nothing. I tried calling her on the 21st, left a voicemail, and still no response. She completely ghosted me. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. I ended up finding another broker over the weekend who actually got me insured by the 24th. I chose this company because of their positive reviews and years in business, but my experience was awful. Do not waste your time with them.

People handling the account do not listen clearly to concerns or address them accordingly. Then when you get angry at the back and forth calls they claim that maybe we will refer you to another agency because you and the said person is not getting along. Really? Being told one thing and another thing happed costing me money. throwing my budget off. Not happy with how this was handled via auto pay and double premium cost. I now have to reduce the policy to the bare min. required by law because of the double unauthorized direct payment.
