It developed a problem (which perhaps ) could have been at the June 18 service. On Monday I explained the situation to Gideon (The Manager) who was extremely courteous and professional. On Monday afternoon I dropped the car in. At 4.30pm on Tuesday afternoon I received a text from KMartAuto to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. This morning I collected the car. There was significant work done for which there was no charge. Full marks to Gideon and his team. A very satisfied customer. No guesses as to who will be doing ongoing R&M for my family's vehicles. Very friendly service and easy to deal with, affordable pricing (they ask you straight up if you've had any prices from elsewhere and they will either match it or tell you what they have available if not). They also offer free rotation 6 months down the track when you buy two tyres or more. Would use these guys again.

Called up, arranged a time, dropped in, explained the problem to the bloke on hand and waited in the office with Rick. Had a nice chat and not even 15 mins from arriving here the problem was diagnosed as a shoddy tyre valve, it was replaced and the car was ready. Said the valve is worth peanuts anyway so the service was free. Between blokes that know what theyre doing and an honest approach to charging you for work, at least I know where to get sorted for real next time. Reccommended.

Went for a simple tire change. Car has splitters on front bumper which they promptly broke when one…read moreof the employees took the car for a drive. The entrance to their premises has a moderately steep change in gradient which was the likely culprit. This could have been easily avoidable had they taken the time and care to simply angle the vehicle appropriately and go slowly when exiting their driveway (as I was able to do quite effortlessly the previous day and as I do at various other places). No real apologies on site, merely that the splitters were already a bit loose and fell off 'somewhere in the parking lot'. Force of the impact on the splitter also damaged the paint on the underlying bumper. Luckily the splitters were only affixed with double sided tape meaning that the impact detached them as opposed to putting more stress and potentially causing more damage to bumper. Tyre change itself was as expected but really not worth it if you factor in the extra cost you'll have to spend when they recklessly drive your car and cause paint damage. Would avoid this place.
