Recently as I was perusing Facebook and friend stated that she was interested in a mobile vet service. That caught my attention as I had not thought that such a service existed. My friend had listed two Chattanooga area Mobile Vet Services and asked her friends to share which one they had knowledge of. Claws and Paws Mobile Vet Service was the only one of the two that was mentioned. People saying how professional the staff is and how convenient as they observe non traditional hours for business. That was all I needed. I went to their website and checked it out as is my usual process and simply sent an email requesting services. I requested text message replies and the next morning they texted, obtained my information and within a little while we scheduled the appointment. They were so good about trying to schedule a time that worked with my busy schedule. On the date of the appointment, I was met by the Vet and her assistant. They arrived early and were very nice people. I guided them to our apartment and they got to work. They verified why I had requested and got to work with my little guy while our big girl got all excited that new people were in our home. It didn't dawn on either of the dogs that these were vets until they had them in their caring arms. Both dogs responded well and were all happy once it was all done. Pricing was just about what I had expected (a bit more but I figured I was paying for the convenience of the home service. But, nothing mind blowing). They provided us the rabies tags for each dog as well as emailed a clear invoice with details and appropriate certificates. We will be utilizing their services going forward. The convenience alone and not having to drive to the Vet was a huge benefit!

No But do they have some of the best staff and treat my fur babies like their own? yeah, yeah they Do! My sweet baby kissy-face is never a fan of going to the vet. And she's already feeling better! We have another appointment next month to take the squirrel and the cat back. We are appreciative the fact that we can always get in in a timely manner and it's not overwhelmingly expensive. More than anything we appreciate that they love our babies

I spoke with the veterinary staff prior on what the treatment was and the recovery care information I would need to know afterwards. When I picked her up to come home, the veterinary staff spoke with me in detail on what post treatment symptoms to be aware of. I really like the dogs could walk the grass in the back, where the staff come out to you to get the dogs, causing little stress to me and my pet. I find walking my dogs into the vets office waiting area, give my dogs such stress and anxiety. It was a relief being called after the procedures to update me on their recovery and let me know the pickup window. The fee included a rabies shot, which was excellent and convenient. Both my pups came home in good spirits; My dog did not appear to experience any pain or suffering. Thhe pain-calming medication was affordable. My pups incision sites healed perfectly. Chatty-Neuter even offered flea meds available for the year following surgery, which was also very reasonably priced. I would recommend Chatt-neuter to anyone who needs to spay or neuter a cat or dog. An all around very positive experience.

She told us he had severe dental issues that needed addressed. We agreed on getting his teeth out with roots extracted, $1000 surgery, she put him on a medication for life and an antibiotic. Took him back in after a bulge was coming from his jaw I asked her several times if that was infection she said it was not and that everything was looking good and she done a doppler to see if there was an infection pocket and to confirm it was not infection. We left feeling better by hearing that but more concerned about why there was a knot on the side of his jaw, something didn't feel right. His eating was declining, something doesn't look right, so I took him to a trusted source new veterinarian and was told it was a tumor. The medication Dr. Parker put him on for life is NOT for cats with cancer as stated on the box. The new vet ran a cancer test on him and said that medication should not have been prescribed. This is terrible. I requested the records from Dr. Parker and read through them. The things she noted in there she never discussed with us, she is covering her practice. She never talked to us about putting our cat down or anything about a tumor and never said anything about getting a biopsy but, in the records she said she did. She noted that we declined a biopsy. We did not decline it, Dr. Parker never discussed a biopsy to us. Why would she prescribe a medication that is not for cancer in cats and put him on it for life. She was trying to cover her tracks and it plainly shows. She is not to be trusted. Do NOT go here. Do NOT go here. Do NOT go here. Do NOT go here. The picture is from our new vet. This is the growth that Dr. Parker never discussed with us. She told us everything looked good when I took him there to be rechecked. Our new vet took two biopsy's they both came back cancer. He has cancer. He said the surgery should have never been done.
