I loved this park ... The children have a lot of fun. the pool with waves ... the return to the river. I have not been to a water park for many years

"Chicken quesadilla" but when you look at the chicken it is gray, still better than the green bugs from my food yesterday.

Enjoying deli..cious sandwiches with a stunning boardwalk view... count me in!…read more The Boardwalk Deli is the quick service option at the Boardwalk Resort for Disney. Is it high quality? Yes, the food is great. Is it themed excellence? Yes, this is a destination... on a nice day though. Boardwalk has no quick service option inside of the building, so if it is a cold morning or rainy... you are trekking down the ambience to get your food through the elements. That's the only reason I moved it down to 4 We grabbed a chocolate croissant, coffee, orange and breakfast sandwich through mobile order. The order was prepared right on time and they do a great job of making it easy to grab!

With excited, hungry hopes after a red eye flight, my family and I scurried over to the Boardwalk Deli excited for the usual resort quick service options of Mickey waffles, eggs, bacon, and typical quick service options the WDW resorts have to offer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Breakfast sandwiches (mostly on limited bagel choices) and pastries were all they served. They were above average tasting, so taste was not that big of a factor. Totally bummed out at the lackluster choices for breakfast, we ordered what we needed to satisfy our hunger and had high hopes for the other meals of the days during the rest of our stay. To our dismay, the choices during lunch and dinner were also really disappointing. (Avoid the grilled cheese. Completely disappointing!) We ended up only utilizing the deli to fill our refillable drink cups during the trip. For what it's worth, the Boardwalk Deli did have the mobile order or standby options available. There are no inside options to sit down and eat your food, so rain or heat, you can only sit in the outside tables and chairs along the Boardwalk if you don't want to take the food back to your room to eat. Everything about our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was amazing except the Quick Service options. With a baby in tow now, our days are a little bit different and we find ourselves not spending every second at the parks. Having a solid quick service option on property is important. This was the only con of the property for us.

I was not about to do that but on our second trip to EPCOT the line was considerably shorter (barely outside the stanchions) so we picked up dinner here. It's delicious. The turkey BLT I ordered was excellent. We also got a few desserts, though they aren't listed on the menu so I can't remember what it was. There was one with maybe some kind of cream and strawberries, and that was our favorite. My friend got the croissant that went viral; it is huge, about a foot long at least and half dipped in chocolate. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth a stop if the line isn't out the door, since it moves fairly quickly.

After waiting in line for five to ten minutes, it was our turn to order. We discussed the available options with the server and decided on the Macaron Trio, Apple n Brie, and Framboise. Our food arrived quickly, within five minutes. It was delicious and satisfying, providing us with the energy we needed to continue exploring the park's other attractions. It was a great place to stop, especially with its variety of sweet treat options.

There are tables inside and outside where you can people watch while dining. There are many hot and cold sandwich options, wraps, salads, soups, and fresh baked goods to choose from. Plus they have a few beers as well as water, iced tea, and soft drinks. Customers make their selections and order at the counter. Then they receive a device that flashes and vibrates when the order is completed. My friend and I visited on a Thursday for lunch. It was a little chilly out so we wanted to try the hot sandwiches. I ordered the Pastrami, ($9.49,) but without the sauerkraut. It was a decent sized sandwich and pretty good. It did have a lot of pastrami. My friend had the Original 1762, which was roast beef, horseradish, and cheddar cheese. She said it was just o.k. ($9.49 as well) The ordering was fast, but the sandwiches took a rather long time to be ready. Earl of Sandwich is definitely a good option for a fairy quick meal in Disney Springs.

When we talked in, I immediately smelled truffles (which I love). Because bar reservations were all that was available when I made the reservation, I thought we would be seated at a literal bar. I was very thankful to see that we had a table. We came to the restaurant specifically for desserts and drinks and everything (food included) at other tables looked amazing!!! Someone had a huge burger and TRUFFLE fries, which looked and smelled great! I tasted the Caramel cake (one of the best I've ever had and very moist), the Millionaire sundae (AMAZING!!!), the walnut brownie (very good, nice & chocolatey), and the sugar cookie (I'd skip this!). I also had two types of teas - L'Oriental and Carcadet Nutt D'ete. Both were tasty and complemented the sweet desserts well. Our waiter, Robert, had great energy; the to-go bags are adorable; and I will definitely be back to try their other cake slices, which can feed more than 1 person. If you want to skip the "restaurant vibe", you can just walk into the bakery and order desserts there

This was my second visit to The Cake Bake shop this year, and the food quality was somewhat poorer…read morethan my first experience in June 2026. I ordered the bowl of gumbo same as last time, but this time instead of the "add lump crab" option offered in June, the only add-on option was to add shrimp for $12. The shrimp were cold and layered on top of the soup, and didn't add as much to the dish as the crab offered previously. The gumbo was noticeably less spicy this time, and the accompanying "toasted baguette" slices were the consistency of croutons. The appetizer/side of truffle French fries arrived as a generous yet barely warm portion. Each of the 3 desserts we ordered were great: Celebration Cake, Champagne Raspberry Cake, and the Apple Pie. Our table was impressed with the amount of thinly sliced apples stuffed into the tall slice of pie. Yes, the cake slices are still notoriously large and expensive. At $22 per large slice a single portion equals 2 slices of cake that would be priced around $12 each, so your dessert math may make this price point a value if you intend to share. Service was fun and friendly. The biggest qualm on this visit: The hostess outside in the front of the restaurant was passive-aggressive in the most chipper way of being unhelpful upon my arrival. Didn't set the stage for an amazing experience.
