I submitted the order online because I was unsure if I would be able to wait for it to be printed had I walked in. The instructions for online were way to follow. I ended up needing to call because I wanted to be sure that the paper was nice quality paper and not standard paper! And I wanted to change the size. When I called I instantly spoke with a girl and she couldn't really help me so she put me on hold. A guy came back to phone and informed me that he had already printed the items because I had paid for them but encouraged me to come because he could solve the issue a little better so I did. When I arrived there were only a few people in the store and I was immediately greeted. A guy named Joe checked me out but I realized that the guy I spoke with named was Darius. Each of them were very helpful and accommodating. I ended up keeping everything the same and walked out a satisfied customer. The parking lot was very and the store was well kept! The employees were nice and easy to speak with! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking to print things. But make sure that you fully understand what you are printing online! I emailed Signarama with my file and Patty sent me a quote for the work and told me they would be able to turnaround my work to meet my next day timeframe. My flight was to arrive after they closed so they went above and beyond to make arrangements with the business next door to hold my prepaid order. My one note if you're scanning is that the scanners can only do about 10 pages at a time if you're scanning and sending to an email address.
