Alisha & Sarah were helpful and kind, the dresses they pulled were or variety and what she wanted. An Azazie dress of original cost: $500 never worn was marked down to $450. My sister loved the dress & purchased it, we walked out the door and on the way to lunch I searched the dress to find Azazie (the original website the dress came from) for $149 with free shipping. My sister emailed them within the hour of leaving the store to explain the price decrease and how she paid over $300 more for the dress. The store offered no apology or resolution - and just stated- "Our policy states that all sales are final, we do not have a return policy. Unfortunately, we can't compete with the price fluctuation of other companies online. Our consignment gowns are all contracted, which means the price that we agreed on with the consignor at the time it was brought in is the price it remains at." This has really started off my sister's bridal journey on a bad note and we definitely want future brides shopping here to price match the gowns before paying any money to Something Borrowed. It's a shame they couldn't provide store credit, offer a price match or give a return for this circumstance. You would think a small business would be willing to work with a client. We did plan to return to future shopping but will DEFINITELY not be going back.

I was treated well and even joined their loyalty club that NEVER EXPIRES. You get $5 when you reach $250 in purchases. If I had a horse, I would get my feed here!

I met a sales woman who introduced me to the owner. When I said I was new in town both ladies were all over me with great customer service promising to contact me when new things came in etc.. My wife asked if she remembered her and the lady stated "I don't want to remember you" and then said to the woman she was next to, "I hate when people come in to return things" After my wife explained that she was there 1 week ago and was told by her that if it didn't fit she could return it, the woman acknowledged remembering her and yelled at my wife and called her a "fuc--ng assh-le. She would not put the credit back on my wife's credit card. Eventually she wrote a check to my wife while continuing to be rude and demeaning to her. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We will NEVER shop here again and neither will any of our friends or relatives. I am surprised this place is still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I am hoping this woman was just having a bad day and that she is not this angry all the time.
