I remember the driver always being on time, was quick to answer a phone call/text, and was very personable as we drove to school each time. I remember him having refreshments ready too if I wanted any. I always looked forward to being driven by him. The reason why I am leaving this review now is because I was doing some cleaning and came across one of their business cards that I kept after all these years and noticed that they didn't have any yelp reviews yet...well they do now! :)

Very unprofessional!! I called this cab company last night…read moreto give a heads up that I'd need a ride this morning. I told him what time I'd need to arrive and HE TOLD ME to call again this morning and request a pickup for 7:30. I called back this morning and talked to the same guy. At first he tried to say he couldn't schedule me until i called from a non private number. Something he didn't mention yesterday when i called from the exact same number. He then allowed me to just give him my number instead and said he'd be to me at 7:30am. At 7:12 he called and asked me to come on out. I explained that i was still getting my bags together bc he told me 7:30. He says he has another customer that's in a hurry so he has to take me early. My thoughts are, why wouldn't you call me 5 minutes early or something so that i could get all my bags down the stairs and such. Who comes almost 20 minutes early and just tells someone to come out right then with no warning? I explained I'd need a few minutes and he said he was just gonna go pick up and take the guy to his destination instead and I'd just have to be picked up at a later time. I told him I'd just have to call another service who could be there at 7:30. He then RUDELY says "thanks for wasting my time". No concept of the fact that i called last night and again this morning to confirm, and that he wanted me to be 20 minutes early with no apology.....just rudeness. I ended up using Uber for the first time which I'd never planned on using bc I prefer cab companies. But my driver was quick, professional, and very friendly. Some cab companies wonder why Uber and Lyft are taking over.....and this right here is a prime example.

We attempted to get an Uber/Lyft at 4:30am Sunday Morning to get to the airport. No one would…read moreaccept the drive. We were forced to quickly find taxi service to make our flight on time. Google search recommended 24seven taxi. Fee was twice as much as Uber/Lyft. But we needed to get to the airport so we accepted. "Olu" arrived in a reasonable amount of time. He helped load the luggage into the vehicle. He was pleasant to speak with. About half way through the drive he asked if we had and could pay with cash. He said the company would refund the credit card charge after the fact. During the drive I checked my bank statement. The charge "finalized" before we arrived at the airport. He continued to ask for cash and said "the owner will call you". I showed him that the transaction has already gone through. "I'm not going to pay you twice and get no receipt that I paid in cash". BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their phone number immediately hangs up on you. Their social media is spotty at best. I attempted to give them the opportunity to respond before writing this. I received no response. He also had the nerve to ask for a "gift" after attempting to shake me down for cash and credit card payment. Maybe this is a single driver issue? Maybe the driver was the owner? Pay the extra money to schedule an Uber/Lyft ahead of time when needing a ride at a low volume time. ***Update**** Owner called me to apologize about the situation explaining he is attempting to have drivers take payments directly to cut out a middle man (card processors), but the online functionality has not been disabled to allow for clear communication between clients and drivers. If this had been clear ahead of time, we would have had a much better experience.
