It is an Amazon drop off location and customers are not always to nice. The owner has high standard of her employees and set a great example for them. I boycott Amazon now, but still do business there. They always fulfill my requests with a smile.

However using the Pflugerville Pecan St location will result in some rude treatment from the owner. She and I had an unpleasant conversation about the fact that since I wasn't her "customer", she was entitled to charge me a pickup fee. According to her I had no business in using her store as a pickup location. She mentioned charging me a fee. I happen to know the regulations about shipping and calmly explained that she had no right to limit pickups in the UPS system. She became increasingly rude and angry but finally released the package. She really wanted to be angry and didn't expect dealing with someone knowledgeable about the regulations related to interstate commerce. The regular employees are fine, no issues. However this woman has ensured that that store will not see any of my UPS business that will generate revenue for her.
