Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

In my internet searches, I came across very high praise and review scores for the Jeff Grant Team. I reached out to them and was connected with Eric Sensenbrenner as an expert buyer's broker. Once I told Eric what I was looking for, he was like a dog with a bone. He contacted me whenever something that met my criteria hit the market. He thought outside the box. Once I saw his commitment, I started reaching out to him because he was willing to do whatever was needed to help me gather information. I'm an out-of-state buyer, so I needed someone who was tech savvy. Eric took the time to really understand exactly what I wanted. Eric was just what I needed. I couldn't be happier with Eric's performance. I could go on all day about all of the extra work he did that was above and beyond, but suffice it to say that I will recommend Eric to everyone I know. The Jeff Grant Team lived up to their reputation for excellence!

My realtor saw this listing & made an appointment for us to see it for my Mother in law & we had a 5:45pm appointment Friday 6, 2019 approved & set. The agent Shane Lala showed up 30 minutes late with a girl in a cute short outfit. We were waiting outside in 100 degree weather. My husband had to be home at 6:30pm to go to get ready for work. We finally enter the unit & had several questions & the realtor did not know the answers to the questions we were asking. He did not know this property at all. 20 minutes later the homeowner showed up & he answered all our questions and seemed very eager with us. Before the homeowner showed up the realtor claimed there were 2 bids on this property so we had to act fast. The homeowners demeanor did not display there were 2 offers as he was definitely selling the place. So that evening(09/06/19) my realtor called the realtor Shane and put in a verbal offer & said we would submit the written in the morning. My realtor called Shane in the morning(09/07/19) to let him know we were working on the written offer & Shane said well we already have an offer so hurry up. Once we finished our written offer my realtor called Shane to tell him she was sending it over & copying in Brandon Niemela. Shane stated well the offer he was talking about earlier was only a verbal & he was waiting for the written on Monday(09/09/19). My realtor was upset as that's not what Shane said originally. So she sent the written offer over which was full asking price of $39,000 and Shane said the other offer coming in Monday was for $40,000. My realtor said well we are submitting today 09/07/19 a full price offer and we would like an answer within 24 hours which would be 6pm 09/08/19. We never heard back from them.My realtor put in a call yesterday(9/9/19) to Brandon Niemela & as of 9/10/19 we have never heard back from the realtor or the owner. Unprofessional

Communication was slow and unprofessional. When I asked to view the property, I was told it was "under review for other clients" and was flatly denied a showing. That response was both dismissive and inappropriate. Ethical, competent agents continue to show properties until a contract is signed--because that is what best serves their seller and treats all buyers fairly. Instead of being transparent or helpful, this agent shut the door on a serious cash buyer. It raises real questions about professionalism, ethics, and whether the seller is being properly represented. The whole interaction felt more like dealing with a pushy used-car salesman than a trustworthy real estate professional.

The property I was buying was listed as a 4 bed, 3 bath, and it turns out that the 1 bed and 1 bath were built without permits, and the association ordered it to be demolished in the middle of my transaction. My contract expired because they were demolishing what the association had requested and I left because the property was not the same as the one they were selling me and I needed to buy it, I couldn't wait any longer. Lorena decided not to return my money from the transaction fund. Their reasons were because they fixed the problem the property had. but there was no longer a contract and it was not the same property, give me back my fund!!!!! To make a long story short, I had to ask for 2500 of my 5000 to recover something from the hands of that THIEF. It is shameful that these companies have staff like Lorena. I wanted that property and she didn't want to negotiate, she didn't communicate, she didn't answer emails, terrible work. She told us that it was the seller who didn't want to do anything when we were trying to negotiate and it all made it very difficult and distressing. It is regrettable how there are thieving and irresponsible people under the system.
