We were buying a property with this realtor and it was a terrible experience. First of all, communication with her is terrible and her knowledge of the real estate market is almost non-existent. The property I was buying was listed as a 4 bed, 3 bath, and it turns out that the 1 bed and 1 bath were built without permits, and the association ordered it to be demolished in the middle of my transaction. My contract expired because they were demolishing what the association had requested and I left because the property was not the same as the one they were selling me and I needed to buy it, I couldn't wait any longer. Lorena decided not to return my money from the transaction fund. Their reasons were because they fixed the problem the property had. but there was no longer a contract and it was not the same property, give me back my fund!!!!! To make a long story short, I had to ask for 2500 of my 5000 to recover something from the hands of that THIEF. It is shameful that these companies have staff like Lorena. I wanted that property and she didn't want to negotiate, she didn't communicate, she didn't answer emails, terrible work. She told us that it was the seller who didn't want to do anything when we were trying to negotiate and it all made it very difficult and distressing. It is regrettable how there are thieving and irresponsible people under the system. read more
