In my opinion and my experience, they simply are the worst and very cut throat towards their own clients. They will not agree to cancel the listing, despite my utter dissatisfaction with the representation. On the deal with the investment company, when I asked the broker, in return for lowering my already lowered asking price if they would reduce their commission, I was told by the broker that he would rather 'slit his throat.'
