Its 1 person per shift & they expect you to get every thing done from cleaning, stalking shelves, stalking the cooler, make coffee every 2 hrs, make tea every 2 hours, clean the bathroom every 2 hrs, make atleast 75 bags of ice, stalk freezer outside with the ice, stalk the cigarettes. Go outside clean the parking lots etc. PLUS WORK THE CASH REGISTER. MIND YOU, YOULL ALWAYS BE BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS, EZ MART IS ALWAYS BUSY SO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MANAGE GETTING THE OTHER TASK FINISHED?? ITS A HEAD ACHE. BUSY BUSY BUSY, WITH AT LEAST 200 A CHECK. THO THE CUSTOMERS WILL KEEP YOU COMPANY, MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! THEY CANT EVEN KEEP A MANAGER LET ALONE AN ASSOCIATE!!
