Several install issues needed to be fixed, drainage for my pool covered over as well as about 5 sprinkler heads covered, neighbor's yard flooding due to poor drainage, etc. Install issues took from Aug 17 - mid Oct, then we had to address neighbor's yard issue in Dec and to top it off, the last straw was the fluff and fresh gone bad.
