I told Mr.Ken that I was just calling the number the appliance manufacturer gave me and he kept on his rant. I told him well since you are telling me you can't help me then I'll let you go and then he told me well if you want the help then it's up to you. This was after he was telling me that he didn't even know if he serviced on appliances where we live. Very awful experience.

Not a good experience! I took my heavy duty mower here for repairs and routine maintenance. They…read morehad the mower for a month and kept putting me off when I called. Finally Ken said they couldn't find the info to fix it, even though they say they are an authorized repair shop for my brand. I went to pick up my mower and get my $53.00 deposit back. Now, they say it is ready to go! But they had not done the maintenance at all. The repair tech tightened the drive chain and it worked for about one hour then the transmission shaft snapped off. A new transmission is almost $400.00. My mower is now sitting in my garage, not usable at all. Maybe other people are happy with this repair shop, but I would not recommend it !

Mann's came through again! While having new insulation put in the workers noticed that the air in…read morethe attic was cooler than they were expecting. After doing some investigating, they found a major hole in one of ducts. Big hole, 6" wide by about 50" long. Called and someone came out that evening to look at it, actually 3 techs came out. They came back early the next morning and made the repairs needed so they could finish the insulation. Thank you again for coming to the rescue! I did see the reviews of Mann's from others, but they are excellent for our needs.

Word of warning - Do not use these people. Paid them $620 to go through 2 units. A month later the…read moreheat pump didn't work. Took 3 hours before they figured out it was thermostat.
