This dentist is horrible, I do not recommend her, save yourself some time and lots of money and go to someone else who actually CARES about their patients rather than just money. Visiting Maryrose Twohig was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any Dentist office. They completely took advantage of me, a person who is new to the insurance world by rushing me into the dentist office without making sure my insurance successfully ran through (any good dentist's office makes sure this is ran through way before your appointment, as they should). After running my father's insurance which I used to be on over a year ago (don't ask me how they found my father's insurance instead of my insurance that I am currently covered under) it did not work. Of course, it wouldn't work, I'm no longer covered under that insurance. So they stopped half way through the visit to tell me that I'm not covered there and that I have to pay out of pocket for the quick examination with the dentist. After talking to my insurance, I found out that I would have been covered here and I would not have had to pay out of pocket if they had originally ran it under my correct insurance not my dad's. At this point I had already seen a new dentist to get my teeth cleaned which is the only thing I wanted to begin with and never received that here. My insurance only covers 2 dental visits every 12 months so my insurance counted the new visit since they resubmitted the insurance claim under the right insurance after my visit at the new dentist, so my insurance didn't pay for it and I had to end up paying out of pocket anyway. None of this would have happened if they were more organized and submitted it to my correct insurance right away. I had to pay for THEIR SCREW UP. I just thought it was so unprofessional and rude how they handled everything, as they should of taken responsibility for their own screw up. I will NEVER go back here again, save yourself a headache and a half and don't go here either. read more
