I should have just left but i didnt. 3rd time made another appt (ya idk why I did either!) and even called back a few days before appt to confirm. Day of appt I show up a few mins early and employee I booked had started on a walk in customer a few mins before i got there...even tho I had an appt..manager tries telling me they called me to say employee went home sick..(i did not receive any call)..manager starts shooting her mouth off that i can wait and the girl would be done in 10 mins...i had an appt for heaven's sake! Why do ya think I made appt?? They dont treat customers very nicely. Will NOT be going back and will tell everyone NOT to go there. My son's wedding was coming up and I wanted nice nails. I never had my nails done before and I was fed up with having short brittle nails. I decided on Acrylic nails as they are more sturdy than just gel. I was pleasantly surprised as Cindy did beautiful French nails for me. They weren't too long so I could get used to them. I felt so special and they looked beautiful on my son's wedding day. When the shop moved to it's current location, I followed (of course) and have been seeing Cindy and some of the other girls too. I have my pedicures done there too. Everyone in the shop is great! I recommend them all the time.

I have been looking for a good nail salon in Surrey/Langley and I'm so happy to come across Adora Nails. Their price is good - you don't feel like you are getting over charged at all. Everyone has their nail salon go-to place and I think I finally found mine! To top things off, I sat next to another customer and no word of a lie, she told me how great it was there and that's why she returns all the time. She always listens to my needs, and my skin leaves feeling deeply hydrated, refreshed, and glowing. She takes her time with every step -- cleansing, masking, and extractions -- and I especially love her gentle touch during the facial and upper body massage. Her hands are magic and she creates such a relaxing, nurturing experience. I book my facial and eye treatments with Sun once a month because I love how well she takes care of me. I've recommended Trinity Spa to my neighbour, friends, and family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a calming, luxurious self-care experience. The spa itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, which makes every visit feel extra special. Trinity Spa is truly a wonderful place for all your spa needs.
