Very few mobile home parks allow 2 dogs, and any dogs over 25 pounds. We moved here not knowing anyone here. That changed quickly. It is a very friendly group. We feel very much a part of a great community. There is a nice pool, great work out room, dog park, pickle ball courts, driving range and pavilion. During the season there are many fun activities. Chair volleyball is a must!!! Not for old people...competitive and fun!!!! There are crafts, Corn Hole, shuffleboard and many other activities. The park is well maintained. During my stay, I appreciated some of the team--especially Chuck, who remains incredibly helpful, and Nico from maintenance. However, many aspects that once made this community enjoyable have changed significantly. The welcoming feel has faded since Rebecca and Henry, who really understood customer service, were replaced by Chantal and Abby. Since they joined, the overall service and communication from the front office have both gone downhill. It once took 11 days for them to respond to a basic email. On multiple occasions they've provide false/incorrect info. It's wild how many of my neighbors specifically notated the change in personnel and management being the reason for their departures. Turnover is rampant here. As of November 2024, they had 20+ units available for leasing, which is a horrible sign in the middle of busy season. There are a large number of units in buildings 4 and 5 now being leased to and occupied by workers from Mediterra and Arthrex. Even while these companies are leasing 20+ units across multiple buildings, the community still has an additional 20 units open. That means turnover here is astronomical. Additionally, there have been some strange incidents that reflect poorly on management's oversight. For instance, random dogs have been seen running loose around the property at 1 a.m., barking non-stop creating an unsafe environment. One neighbor allowed his dog to defecate and urinate INSIDE his unit for months before any action was taken, creating a horrible smell and a clear health concern. (They re-rented that same unit weeks later... ewww) There have also been random times when the police were called for noise disturbances (since this is the action the office tells you to take) adding to the sense of disorder. I have always lived in Greystar buildings and planned to continue, however, because of Abby specifically, her continued false statements behaviors, and the lack of service provided on behalf of Greystar, I wouldn't return to a Greystar building in the future. It's disappointing that the level of service no longer meets the standard anyone would expect from Greystar properties. Greystar should be thoroughly ashamed of this property and its, at best, dubious and unsavory business practices.

The amenities are beyond impressive: the most beautiful and clean pool I've ever seen in a rental community, miniature golf, bowling, billiards, a golf simulator, Kids Park, Communit Garden, Car Wash, Fire pits, two dog parks, BBQ grills, lakefront walking and biking trails, Allura bikes, multiple kitchen and entertaining spaces, and TVs everywhere. But the heart of Allura is the management team. They go above and beyond! Hosting monthly community events and bringing in food trucks almost every Friday, which truly makes this place feel like a neighborhood and not just an apartment complex. It's safe, peaceful, and full of great energy. I honestly stay in my Allura bubble because everything I love is right here.

We recently purchased a condominium at Infinity at The Colony from The Ronto Group, and while our…read moreinitial experience was filled with excitement and optimism, that enthusiasm quickly shifted once we made our deposit. In the early stages, we were impressed by the vision, presentation, and responsiveness of the team. However, once the commitment was made and money changed hands, the communication and cooperation began to falter. We had a few custom upgrade requests -- all of which we offered to pay for in full. These included a center island with waterfall edges, a full backsplash instead of a 5-inch one, and a dual shower. None of these requests were extravagant or unreasonable -- especially considering our unit was not even sheetrocked yet. Yet it felt like pulling teeth to get anything approved. The process was slow, frustrating, and unnecessarily difficult. As we got further along, we asked for clarification about the A/C and water heater sizing. We were surprised to learn that a $4 million unit was being fitted with an undersized A/C system and only a 50-gallon water heater -- barely sufficient for two people.. We proposed upgrades and offered to pay the full cost for a tankless water heater and a food warming drawer (a simple appliance that hadn't even been installed yet). Each time, the answer was just "no." There was no effort to find a middle ground or make reasonable accommodations -- despite our willingness to cover every expense. Even more concerning is the lack of communication. Follow-up questions went ignored, and even emails sent directly to Mr. Solomon -- the owner -- received no reply. For a developer marketing these homes as premium luxury residences, that kind of treatment is disappointing, to say the least. Another detail that speaks volumes: in the master bedroom closet, instead of installing a proper closet system, they provide nothing but slatted wood shelving and drywall. No cabinetry, no built-ins, no luxury finishes -- which, frankly, feels cheap in a home marketed as high-end. Compare this to the Ritz-Carlton Residences just down the road. While their prices may be even more unrealistic, they deliver a luxury experience top to bottom -- amenities, fit, and finish. I'd still choose our condo over theirs because of layout and overall value, but I highly doubt you'd encounter the kind of nickel-and-diming, pushback, and resistance to basic requests that we've seen with The Ronto Group. To be clear, we absolutely love the condo itself and are still looking forward to moving in. But prospective buyers should be warned: the experience post-contract is nothing like what's promised during the sales pitch. The unwillingness to work with buyers, even when upgrades are paid for in full, reflects a mentality that is out of touch with what high-end buyers expect -- and deserve. The product is beautiful. The service and support once you're out the door? Disappointingly to say the least. That is why 1 star.... so disappointed how they can just play it off with crickets. Todd W Condo unit 2204
