3rd time here & we LOVE this place! Sara at the front desk is sooo friendly & helpful. Worth…read moreremembering her by name!!! They updated their store & it is amazing!! Last night I bought a bottle of bourbon barrel wine & hubby bought a 6pk of their beer & we played dominoes in the common area. This morning I went looking for lip balm & the store had just what I needed - local & only $3. The on-site restaurant is phenomenal. We had burger & fries and margarita pizza while listening to live music. The villas are cozy & the beds are better than mine at home. Even though we live 4 hours away, we joined the wine club for the perks. Worth giving this place a try!!!!

They will judge you.....Beautiful place, but horrible service today. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. We're very patient and would have appreciated even a simple "We'll be right with you." Instead, watching another table receive service before ours was frustrating and unacceptable. Our server was a tall young man with longer hair and an accent. He seemed to spend more time walking around than actually attending our table. This was our family's last dinner together and it was sad to see such a gorgeous place make us feel like we didn't matter. Based on this experience, I won't be recommending this restaurant or returning. I can't say anything about the resort or wine itself, but if we were treated this way at the restaurant I wouldn't like to see how they treat actual guests if you don't meet their expectations.

Absolute goat-heaven! I've been here so many times, and it…read morenever disappoints. This is my go-to spot whenever out-of-state family and friends come to visit--it's always a huge hit. If you love goats, you have to come here. They have a massive pen where you can hang out with the cutest, friendliest goats for as long as you want. There's also a decent little gift shop to check out before you leave. A pro-tip from a regular: skip driving your own car through, especially if you want to keep your paint job clean! Hop on the trailer ride instead--that's truly where it's at. An amazing experience every single time!

My friends and I did the drive thru safari here and WOW, what a unique experience. I honestly…read moredidn't know something like this existed in the US but I'm so glad it does. I believe there's over 500 animals here, which is insane! For the drive thru safari specifically, the animals will come to your car and you have the opportunity to get up close and personal to them. If you have food, they are very assertive in getting some and may get food and spit in your car, so be prepared for that. The animals that came up to our car included deer, ostriches, alpacas, moose, and zebras. Outside of the drive thru safari, they also have a petting zoo. They have capybaras here (which I'm a big fan of) so we also paid to see and pet them! Overall, a super fun experience if you're an animal lover. The tickets are also pretty affordable which is another plus.

The treehouse itself was amazing and it was a dream come true for us as we have both wanted to stay in a treehouse since we were kids! I mean who doesn't have a childhood dream of staying in a treehouse but there's not many opportunities to do so growing up in a city. We had a relaxing 2 days here where we enjoyed the soaking tub, read in the reading nook, laid out on Big Joe, had our morning tea and coffee outside in nature, bird watching and so much more! It was so quiet and its truly just a time for you to connect with nature. The treehouse itself is beautiful, modern and the layout and design is truly thought out to immerse you in nature. You are surrounding by trees whichever glass window you look at. It is so quiet, you feel suspended in the trees! My favorite part of the treehouse which I had figured out the moment I was leaving was that everything you pour into the kitchen sink...goes right to the floor 30 feet down. Water gets poured back into nature below! My hubby was pouring out the tea I did not finish and I just so happened to be standing outside the front door with our luggage when I heard loud water being splashed. I peaked down and saw the tea go straight down. That was the coolest! I had booked this trip way before COVID and due to the pandemic, the zip lining tour was cancelled. But, it's ok as we still had a fantastic time staying here! The price for the Yoki per night is very expensive and I would recommend for the owners to at least provide breakfast every morning. A hand delivered breakfast would be a very nice touch. Shout out to Shelby for keeping me in the loop the whole time and when I needed shower gel & Kleenex she arranged for it to happen. Keep in mind this is nature and there are bugs/insects everywhere. The restroom is a place were they like to hide. We saw spiders, scorpions, grasshopper, centipedes, wasps in there. FYI- there is no body lotion or hair dryer in case those things are important to you, please bring those! Otherwise everything else that a hotel normally has, is provided. We had such a great time and my hubby is so happy and surprised that I booked such a beautiful place to share with him!
