We had a major scare for the operation of our business. As a USDA inspected facility, having to break into the concrete would have forced us to close down our operations until the demolition and construction were completed. North Coast Refrigeration and Electric return my call within an hour, the owner Gail Clark asked me where I lived and said that he would be here to look at our situation and give us a bid, he figure out everything we needed and gave us a price before he left, I received​ an email with a contract, proposal in writing the next day. I called Gail Clark the next day told him we would like to put a deposit and have the generator installed, he then transferred​ me to his wife, "Nicci Clark" she took my credit card information and said to me, you and I will be talking often, I will contact PG&E and arrange for them to be there the day we install the generator. I had a call from Nicci as well as an email to let me know that she was having someone come over to pour a cement pad and when that person would be here. A gentleman​​ by the name of Cory was here to pour the cement, he was friendly​, professional and very efficient​. The next call I got from North Coast Refrigeration and Electric was with a date of when the generator was being installed, PG&E was here and three gentlemen​ from NCR&E to do the installation​, they all worked non-stop for about four hours, they each knew what they had to do and no one got in each other​'s way, when they completed the installation​ they went over how the system works, they explain in detail and tried out the generator as if the power had been turned off. I don't often take the time to write reviews but since I was in retail myself for over thirty years, customer service is something I notice and value, this company went above and beyond our expectations and would recommend​ them to anyone that needs a whole house propane generator or any other​ of services they provide. A couple of weeks ago we needed some concrete for a project. We called GEO and ordered 2 yards…read more They came out and poured the concrete. My miscalculation, not theirs, we were short! Durning the pour they got two trucks stuck in my yard...the ground was pretty soft from the rains. However these guys went over and above to help us fix the concrete and yard. They were very nice and understanding, they brought back enough concrete to finish the project, gave us some helpful ideas and we are very happy with the out come.
