They came out and did a job for us. He even fixed the front door after it became un-even after the house was leveled up. We wanted him to do a second job. He said he needed 300 for supplies so we gave it to him. He was supposed to come Monday but he didn't come. By Thursday my husband told him to forget about it and just give us back our money. We still have not gotten our money back and I have reported it to the BBB. The owner was contracted by my In laws to level and repair some wood & drywall damage as well as Paint the complete interior of a mobile home which they are moving into. After a few weeks of showing up late and working as little as possible, not one of the projects which he agreed to complete were finished. He was paid over half of the agreed upon amount. Absolutely horrible work. Contracted to complete leveling and vapor barrier and scope is not complete as multiple piers are not even touching and holes in barrier. On top of this they shot a staple in my water line that was spraying for a day until I returned home. Owner said he would come back and make the repairs himself and he is a no show on multiple occasions. read more

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU UNLESS YOU WANT THE RUN AROUND. ROCCO IS A CON MAN. HE TALKS A GOOD GAME, BUT DOESN'T DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES. I hired this person to come repipe my mobile home and repair damage from leaky pipes in 2 bathrooms, my baby's nursery, and the kitchen. I am 8 months pregnant and am on a bit of a tight schedule, but Rocco assured me he could have the re piping done in about a week. Rocco promised to come to my home for 3 days to get a list together of the supplies he would need and once he finally did show up late in the afternoon of the third day, he asked for a deposit of $3000 to obtain said supplies which I paid. He dropped off a shower stall and some piping, a bit of used plywood and used drywall (it had obviously been used in prior projects due to the cuts) and promised to be back later in the day with more supplies. That evening, he texted me claiming that he would be at my house at 10 am to begin work. He didn't show up until almost 2 pm citing an excuse about a tail light being out on his truck. He did begin demolition in my kids bathroom at this time. He told me he would be back at 10 am the next day to continue the work. After almost a week and more excuses as to why he couldn't get here to do the work, i began to give up on my bathroom getting done. It is still in shambles from where he did tear out the tub, toilet, and floor under the tub. When he finally did come back to my house, he offered to re level it for another $1053 which I paid for and he did complete that job, minus putting my skirting back in place on the back of the house. Rocco promised that he would be back to resume working in my bathroom the next day, yet never called or showed up. Since it was now the weekend, I figured I'd give him until Monday to get back with me. By Monday afternoon I still hadn't heard from him and upon attempting to call his phone went straight to voicemail for the duration of the day. Rocco has yet to respond to the voicemails or text messages I have left him. I want my money back so I can hire someone who will actually get this job done. I am on a limited time schedule with a baby on the way and need to get that side of my house done at the very least so that she will not be exposed to the mold and rot left behind from the water damage. I contracted in December for what was to be a 9 day job. Was prompt to give estimate, quick to cash 1/3 total of project deposit check. work did not start till end of January. it is now March 9th, I finally asked them not to come back. they did install 4 windows that was not part of the original quote. They work a day, take a few off. Tore out 4 walls to add new drywall, still not completed. Tore bath out for new shower, still not completed. I now have to find another contractor and pay them to finish repairs. Please do not hire this person. read more

Did some work on the subfloor of our mobile home in Middleburg. Work was shoddy, floor is lifting again just a few months after completion. This company is not responding to any attempt to contact them. Very unprofessional. Luckily I have hard copies of texts and emails. read more
