grounds are beautiful but upper management leaves a lot to be desired we have a "manager" for one day maintenance for 3 days a week there is a major power struggle between the manager on site and maintenance Attitudes from maintenance are terrible like the tenants are a bother These are elderly and disabled human beings Although some tenants are very difficult Issues with a tenant have yet to be rectified I've tried calling other TwoplusFour properties No return phone call No return emails Ive been spoken to like a rotten step child I mentioned a possible bee nest in the soffit oustide my window Was told "call the exterminator" Excuse me, that's YOUR job! I pay my rent on time every month, my utilities etc I and we that are responsible, do not need to be spoken to like a rotten stepchild It is my hope to find housing not managed by TwoPlusFour and hope that other management companies are better I am not shocked by the 2.5 rating read more

Oh really I posted this and within 24hrs everybody was told never mind. Phone numbers don't work can't leave messages and like I said this happens 1-2 days before every Holiday. Documented calls emails and letters sent by residents and family members. Keep being told when fill in manager going to be there NOT. Your organization can't keep managers or maintaining men. I'm sure there will be another investigation coming your way by Fed agency that over sees Rural Developments. And I can assure you I do know the facts and the law and what falls under elder abuses and you lecturing me is so hilarious and hypocritical. read more

never in my 36 years of life have i ever dealt with such unprofessional people like over at connecticut court townhouses, in my entire life, dawn langlois and Crystal Schneider are two of the nastiest most vile human beings i've ever met, they targeted me discriminated against my son and i basically made our tenant rights non existent, fraudulently got me evicted from my place and lied to the judge committed perjury, i was on a federal HUD program and they never put that in the file for eviction, now i was being evicted because i refused to sign the renewal until they did something about the abusive neighbors and the mold issues thats when they decided to kick me out by any means necessary, and i mean any means from defamation of character to taking away my grill privilege's, they promised the neighbor would be removed upon me moving in because of how disruptive they were, and three years later that same tenant still lives there and refuses to leave. drug dealing, prostituting, partying it's basically like student housing and she was the only one there living like that. now needles are being found by the trash cans and dawn basically ignores the dealing, so on top of that my tile floors were supposed to be replaced shortly after i moved in and again it never happened. this is something they promise most tenants upon moving in. never happens. these people are not reliable property managers and they are very deceitful and lucrative, its all smoke and mirrors here and the amount of discrimination against seniors and disabled that ive witnessed here is criminal. this management company needs to be audited and investigated for basically suppressing constitutional rights aside fromt he tenant rights they continue to ignore. if you get a chance to move here no matter how desperate you are refuse it. i promise you wont regret it. read more

As a current tenant of the Two plus four management apartments in Sidney NY it is a disgrace of how it is run. The current manager bullies the tenants to get what she wants and she is NEVER EVER here in the office when she is suppose to be because she is to busy gossiping with another Manager who does her job superbly. Also the manager for our complex thinks it is okay to do surprise inspections on tenants who are reported to her doing something wrong. When surprise inspections are highly illegal. The main corporate office usually does not do anything to her because she "saves" them money when every single tenant and her maintenance worker tries to avoid her because she is not manager type or communicates what is needed to be done around the complex. In fact it is so bad here that there are times that the Mayor of Sidney has had to intervene and threaten to cancel the contract with Two Plus Four Management. Also the current manager feels she can discriminate against some handicapped people. read more

Staff is very uninformed about their own projects and the regulations of the Government programs involved in the management of these complexes. They are never in the office when they are supposed to be there. Buildings are in relatively poor shape and the sidewalks are a health hazard. read more

I am somewhat Baffled by this organization. I have called and inquired about some of their apartments, I have found that they hire young girls for leasing agents, who know anything about processing paper work with a client who may or may not be with a section 8 voucher! Periodically, I check for availability, and Voille" there is a different leasing agent! They seem to have a great turnover in leasing agents...Hmm! Also, note that hours posted for certain individual complexes they are Never there on the Days and hours listed on their website?? read more
