There were so many PROUD students walking across the stage(If you will) receiving CERTFICATE for all the hard they placed into 2 semesters. There was plenty of food, drinks, sweets and cakes and much more. We had the chance to see what they were doing in the Lobby on computers, showing off there work as well for 20 minutes. This is a Program that offers literally free learning, for HIGHER TECH EDUCATION. I had a narrow driveway in New York, but they use a forklift to bring the cubes in so it fit the narrow space. I also wasn't sure of my delivery date so they had an option to hold my relocubes in storage that worked perfectly for me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone going through a long-distance move. Almost everything in my one bedroom apartment fit into one cube, but I ended up using a cube and a quarter due to some larger furniture items.

The girls had to move out of their dorms into a storage unit and get on flights home as it was the end of the semester. We paid a 50% deposit and created/executed a contract. The day before the move I called Jorge and he said that he had poor reception and he would call me back. To this day, I have never heard from him or anyone from this company. We had to scramble to find another company! It was awful and very expensive to remedy. Even now, we are still extremely upset and at the very least we would like our money back! An explanation or an apology would also be appreciated.

They just brought me cheap mice traps that DO NOT WORK - then leave you to fend for yourself. Over the winter, rodents/squirrels live on the roof which is filled with holes and allows them to nest INSIDE - causing you to hear them run around at all hours of the night and day. Shannon and Hope sent someone to "fix" the problem but nothing was solved. The floors are uneven, the shower faucet makes a weird and annoying noise when you try to take a hot shower. The neighbors in front of the building (not a university house) were all drug addicts, leaving syringe needles on the floor, using the apartment's dumpster, parking on the apartment's property, having all kinds of people over. The leasing office just put this ugly, cheap, white fence in front of the building to separate the houses, but it does not stop them from walking around it. They kept my security deposit and threw away some of my property after allowing me some time (literally just needed a day) to properly move it. Don't move to any of their properties. These people are crooks who will happily coop you up to live with vermin for an extra buck.

A few other issues I had to deal with while living at this property include: roofing materials being dropped on my car and shattering my windshield, my apartment being broken into by a "cleaning company" while I was in the shower with all of my doors locked, Shannon the office manager attempting to park on a sheet of ice and her car sliding down the driveway into the side of my car, being forced out of my apartment by the city of Syracuse and then being extorted for the rest of the lease term's rent, water, heat and power outages with no explanation and massive piles of garbage that were not removed for months on end which subsequently led to vermin infestations inside the building.
