On my first intro call with Tony, one of the partners, he must have spent at least an hour answering questions that I had since I was new the real estate investing and the Syracuse market. After I signed with them, the other partner who is on the ground up in Syracuse, Ed, put up with so many deferred maintenance issues from the people I purchased the property from. From fleas in the basement to replacing the roof...Ed was there to manage it all and get everything done in a timely fashion. Stacey, their real estate agent, rented out the 2nd floor within 2 weeks at market value after the rehab was done. Jennifer the office manager is always available to answer questions, send out paperwork, and help the tenants. I have since referred 2 of my friends and relatives to them and hope to purchase another property from them soon.

My former property manager was well intentioned, but out of her league, and my properties were paying the price. I found a listing on Craigslist of all places, and was relieved when I received a prompt, well written response. A long conference call was scheduled, and the rest is history! Tony and Ed had their hands full, we had many issues that needed attention and correction. We always worked together, handled big issues as they popped up, and have greatly improved the quality of our tenants and the ROI on our properties. Their monthly reports are always on time, Tony takes the time to put together a summary of what occurred over the past month, and their reporting is organized and easy to read. Payments are dispersed in a quick and orderly fashion, always. I own properties in several states, and dynamax is the gold standard I use to judge all other property mgmt companies. I am often asked for advice on getting into investment real estate, and I always advise newbies that a property manager can make or break you. I truly believe that a great property manager is usually more important than the actual property. Dynamax is that great property manager, don't hesitate to work with them!
