We had an out-of-service washer and dryer for weeks. Unreasonable charges upon leaving apartment, including normal wear-and-year. Only stayed because I knew it was only for 3 years and didn't want to move in consecutive years. Recommend avoiding if possible.

It the only property in the whole neighborhood that sticks out on the corner with wild looking grass and other and other debris. You ask them about it and they keep saying they will have someone to cut it. It just doesn't look good at all when the surrounding properties, private homes, apartment buildings, and businesses are up to speed(have there properties cut). The building is on the corner and just simply sticks out as almost abandoned looking with that type of appearance on a regular basis.
