Worst Managment Company in syracuse..... I let Dynamax manage my property in syracuse... I had used them for over a year and they never had my back... always milking money from my rentals and when my last tenant left the house they never followed up with me... tenants left a mess and garbage all over the sidewalk... now I'm left with a $400 ticket from the city.... Never count on them for a call back or response..... If I lived closer to syracuse then I would take care of the problems myself... the reason why home owners hire you as a management company is to solve our problems not give us more of them.... I also wanted to allow them to sell my house in the beginning but because they took forever to get house listed... I ended up using another realtor which got my house sold really fast..... read more

One of their staff Christine Billings is really rude bc I am half deaf and I was asking about an apartment and she was just plain rude and when my husband called to talk to her she started yelling at him....if you work on commission that is not how you want to deal with customers. read more
