Meg and Shea are so talented! They specialize in wedding florals, but have a workshop location…read morewhere they will occasionally host classes on making your own arrangement to bring home. I've done two of their Christmas wreath classes and one spring porch planter one. They are both so helpful instructing on how to make your own and answering questions about anything you may still be a bit confused about. Everyone in the class can modify theirs so no two look alike, but they pick great plants for everyone to use so they all turn out beautiful. It's so much fun, and I would definitely recommend keeping an eye out for when they offer another.

I placed an order online for one of their bouquets and mentioned that it was for a new baby. They reached out to ask if they could add a special touch by using a cute lamb container instead of the usual clear vase -- how considerate! It sounded so cute so I requested a photo if they weren't too busy, and they followed up so efficiently with photos of the beautiful arrangement they created!!! The pictures say everything. The arrangement was so perfect and their customer service certainly exceeded my expectations. I hope we are able to work with them again soon! Thank you so much to your team!

Mother's Day Miracle--Thanks, Cindy!…read more I called Flowers by Cindy the day before Mother's Day, hoping for a same-day delivery. Cindy, juggling hundreds of orders, was honest--she couldn't guarantee it, but she'd do her best. And she did more than deliver--she delivered that very day! The flowers were absolutely stunning, and Mom loved them. I truly appreciate Cindy's approach of under-promising and overdelivering. Thank you, Cindy! *(P.S. Next time, I promise to plan ahead and give more notice--lesson learned! LOL)*

It's a great place to also relax.

I live north of Dallas, TX. Went to the website (through the funeral home webpage) and was impressed by the selection available. I chose a blue and white basket with an angel and a sympathy card. The order was placed easily and the price was very reasonable. I was given an order confirmation and receipt within hours. The afternoon of the visitation, I texted my friend to offer support and he sent me a picture of what I had ordered. The flowers were gorgeous and I was so glad they could bring beauty to a sad occasion. He told me that they were beautiful. The picture shows it. Thank you Flowers and Fancies.

I prefer supporting local businesses so when it came time to order flowers for my mother's December…read morebirthday, I placed what was perhaps my second or third order at Flowers & Fancies. I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. The arrangement provided is gorgeous and makes the one I ordered from a large corporation just doesn't compare. Thank you to Heather and the Flowers & Fancies team for making it right. I look forward to supporting in the future.

I order online from Pittsburgh. Online ordering is simple & fast. You can include a personalized note. Each arrangement has been fresh & lasted over a week or more. Delivery fee is $15. If you live locally, obviously you can pick up at the store. I add a small tip for the flower arranger too. Total was about $70 with tax & tip. I have preferred this company as opposed to larger floral shops or national companies, whose flowers did not last as long and we're not as fresh and sometimes even cost more. Will order again in March for my aunt's birthday.
