The total came to $173.83 (after taxes and fees) which I have no problem paying that amount if the product ordered looks similar to the what is advertised. I attached pictures of both (white background is what was supposed to be sent). My wife spoke with the owner who hung up on her after asking why my wife did not call that day. We are busy and my wife called as soon as she had time to. That was not the issue and we were not even calling to get the money back or replaced, it was to let them know that what was advertised is not what was being sent to people. But the owner hung up on my wife before anything could be resolved. The owner then texted my personal number saying my wife is "...difficult to talk to". Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The coffee options here are excellent from a regular cup of joe to a nice latte/ espresso drink they do it well with creative touches. The baked goods they have are also quite good. From cookies to muffins all nice and delicious. They have ice cream options and stopping by on a hot day is a nice place to chill with ice cream and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking in the back and is easily accessible. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will be back next time im in the area.

The afternoon of the visitation, I texted my friend to offer support and he sent me a picture of what I had ordered. I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. I order online from Pittsburgh. Online ordering is simple & fast. You can include a personalized note. Each arrangement has been fresh & lasted over a week or more. Delivery fee is $15. If you live locally, obviously you can pick up at the store. I add a small tip for the flower arranger too. Total was about $70 with tax & tip. I have preferred this company as opposed to larger floral shops or national companies, whose flowers did not last as long and we're not as fresh and sometimes even cost more. Will order again in March for my aunt's birthday.
