Would like to give a good review for two maids! Everything I asked was well cleaned. They were very professional ans courteous.​

Been using this service for 5 years. They have progressively become worse over time. Have called and left two messages that have not been returned about their substandard work. They became belligerent and argumentative about the quality of their work when they were leaving the house. We will call credit card company and reverse charges if they don't respond to my request for an explanation. Stay away from two maids, bad service and bad follow up. read more

I called to explain my situation and insure they would be able to provide the service needed. I was assured that the unfurnished home I would be dust and pet hair free prior to my move in. Two of my family members are highly allergic to pet dander and hair. After paying $429 to clean a 3BDR home NOT INCLUDING the floors in the bedrooms because we pulled out the carpets and were having flooring put down. The kitchen was filthy, the floors throughout the kitchen, living room and hallway never touched. Fans filthy and tops of doors left dirty. They cleaned the tubs toilets and baseboards. When I said I'd be 10 minutes away for the walk though I was told they had to go. I took pictures and videos and asked the owners to come view for themselves, no reply to my request. They offered to come for 1 additional hour 3 days later when my movers were scheduled. Meanwhile my 2 family members could not go into the home. I cleaned my home instead of packing. Sabrina S. aka Marie Nowlin I understand that there was some conflict today with your cleaning and the girls. The girls are to clean per the package that you purchased, and your purchased package is a Premium clean. It is not in that package to wipe your couch down. Also, they were just letting you know that they had floors left to do as they did not want to walk on the clean floor to let you know when they were finished. So I believe there was some words exchanged because you thought they were completely finished and they were not, therefore kicking Amanda out of your home. The girls are required to stay together and finish the clean. I wish you would have contacted Megan so she could have handled the situation before it escalated. I do not believe we have ever had our girls get yelled at like that as their pay is dictated by your rating and communication with the manager. Two Maids Mandeville was a total trainwreck. They tried to leave within 45 minutes. The job was not completed, nothing was clean. One of the two girls kept saying let's go! They were trying to get in and out fast, likely because they get paid based on how many houses they can do in a day. Every time I asked them to clean something, they said they were not allowed. They keep bringing in different employees to the house every time. Not sure if there is an issue with them keeping their employees, or what is going on. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They are awful. Left my bedroom/bathroom uncleaned bc the door was closed!!! Common sense anyone??? Very inconsistent service- sometimes would wash dishes, today didn't even bring glasses to kitchen. Probably the worst cleaning service I've ever hired. They may be cheap but u get what u pay for. Two Maids & A Mop Mandeville. One of the worst cleaning companies out there! Please Stay Away!! Never consistent with their cleans. I spoke with the manager multiple times with problem areas. The policy that they come back and fix there mistakes is a joke. They never offered this to me. My house was only cleaned properly 2 out of the 10 times they came. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt to see if the problems could be solved with communication but this was not the case. I should have just fired them after the third time they can to clean. The last visit was the worst. I forgot to put my dog up and I take full responsibility for this, but instead of calling and asking us to come put him up, they said they would handle it. They then said that the dog had "peed a little bit" on the couch. When I got home from work on my lunch break, my dog hadn't "peed a little bit" he emptied his bladder! My dog is a 60lb pit bull. So instead of telling me the full severity of the situation so I could make arrangements to come home and handle it, they minimized the situation and a POOL of pee sat and soaked in on my couch for hours!! When I Contacted the company, and asked for a full refund for that days service, not only because this Incident but also for the other issues that were never resolved, I was told an owner would call me. Instead I receive an email saying that I would only be refunded for half because the girls had to be paid for their time. I totally understand paying them for their time, but the company should have paid them considering what had happened that day and all of the previous unresolved issues I requested to have the owner call me to discuss this over the phone and he said he wouldn't be available to talk until the next day before 12. I then replied to his email explaining that I have left multiple bad reviews about the issues I was having with their service. After leaving the reviews, it said I would be contacted by someone shortly. I was NEVER contacted once. After sending this email he never responded. I called twice the next day to see if we could resolve the issue and was never contacted. For a company that boasts about having so many awards for customer service, it blows my mind how they were even considered with the way they have treated us. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. read more

While they cleaned the house decently,(missed some baseboards,tops of some furniture, etc.) they did some damage to the walls and the baseboards. Contacted office and they offered to come out to our house and use a Mr Clean Magic Eraser to remedy the situation. I don't think she is aware that those are essentially a very very fine piece of sandpaper. While it may take off the scuff it will remove paint in the process. I declined this service. The managers at the office contacted the owners, they offered me 15% refund. Because I was so insulted, I declined and hung up the phone. That comes out to about $40. What professional painter is going to come fix paint damage for that? Do the owners minds live in the 1980s? Stay away from this company, if any damage is done to your house you will not be properly compensated. read more

The cleanings are never consistent. I have to do a once over after every visit to ensure everything is done. This past visit was the worst, things left undone and one room wasn't even addressed. I had to make the beds, re-mop one of the rooms because of dirty mop water that had dried and left black marks, and clean the room they didn't even touch. They offered to come back and clean up again but I had already done it myself, they offered me a 10% discount, which was $9 off the cleaning. Then they did damage to my bathroom sink and did not even tell me; I discovered it the next day. I am disappointed and would not recommend this cleaning service. read more

Don't bother going to work there! They say you will be trained, but you're thrown right into it the first day! They paired me with someone who spent half the day in the bathrooms with the door shut while I cleaned the kitchen, dusted the whole house including blinds, polished all wooden furniture,, vacuumed the whole house, and never got one break all day long. I hadn't pee'd or ate since I left my house at 6:20am and they fired me at 3:00pm. My partner also bumped a plug in scentsy warmer and spilled wax everywhere, so I had to help her clean that up. I was literally fired at no fault of my own! Oh, and they don't pay $14 per hour like they say on job boards. I was told I would only get minimum wage for the one day I worked! I'll update if I don't get my money soon! I spent $53 buying the clothes I needed for this job, only to be fired on day one! I want my money! read more

I scheduled a deep clean. As pre-cleaning was emphasized, I moved furniture away from the wall, removed pictures etc. from all flat surfaces, took smaller tables outside, and otherwise tried to make it as easy as possible. They cancelled by email the night before my appointment. I re-scheduled for two days later. They called and cancelled that morning. My house was in total disarray for my week-end company. read more

When I called and spoke with the lady in the office she was very kind and understood what I needed. They came out almost the next day. I live in a 2 bedroom apt that is 1002 sqft, I am a very clean person so they girls that I spoke with were on cleaning day were amazed at it. I got home after they "cleaned" my house and I was upset with the job they had done. So I called and spoke with the lady again and she insisted that the girls come back out to do the job again.....what she meant was clean what they didn't the day before. I got home that next afternoon and it was pretty much the same. I asked for a partial refund they offered me $20.00 on March 10th and it is now the 15th and I still have not seen the money back. I know have a company that clean it on a weekly basis and does a great job also with a lower price!!!! read more

Defintetly an A rating! They made my floors and bath tubs cleaner thank they've ever been and my house smelled amazing! I do wish they would've either spent 20 more minutes spot checking or come down on the price $30 as there was still some dust and/or dirt in places and our mat was left outside; other than that I would highly recommend this service!!! read more
