I found pieces of wood with nails sticking straight up left in my backyard. A couple of days later we had a rain and I had piles of nails all over my yard where it appears that they threw the nails in my gutter and they washed out with the rain. They should have run water through my gutters to get all of those nails out and picked up. I have grandchildren and pups that could have easily stepped on the nails. Of course with 2 other plumbers having worked on it - it did cost us quite a bit to repair. However - Cade pulled a 4 foot root ball from that toilet at a fair price and in half the time. Cade was patient methodical and courteous. He communicated the charges every step of the way so that we could decide if we could spend the money - obviously experienced well beyond his young years.
