If you like the more earthy-crunchy woo-woo Aquarian stuff, kundalini may be a great fit. I felt right at home. On a more practical note, my incessant shoulder pain was made much more tolerable by the arm-heavy kria we did that day. They helped me rather a lot. It's enough movement to be a challenge while allowing room for a fat old man like me.

The teachers are easy to talk with before and after class. They will help and encourage you along the way too. If you're new they're attentive to your needs. If you've practiced for a long time, they'll try to deepen your practice. I love what they do here. The best part is you can create your own experience here. There is a teacher or specific class that will meet your needs. Pick a class or a specific teacher and go to a class. Your body will appreciate the time too. If you're nervous, bring a friend. Super fun way to bond with people. I usually bring a friend almost every time.

I messaged her last night as you can see below, politely asking to join her zoom class, and not only did she not respond, she blocked me. I called her to ask why, and she made excuses that it was "preference" based on client need? That we provide 2 different services, and thus she felt justified in shutting me out. Even as an adult entertainer, as a Christian, I recognize we all come from different circumstances, and are at different stages in our journey. I'm grateful God's Grace is sufficient, and that he has the last say. Remember.. saved or not, Yoga teacher in a upper white class suburbia or not, Sin is sin. We all fall short of his Glory.
