They don't clean up, you take your cups and plates to the trash area. We ordered the tacos. It did take 25 minutes to get it and it was not busy. Our coffee was ready pretty quickly. I presume (wild guess) that the food fixer dude is not good with multi tasking, or his desire to serve is lacking. Anyways, the serving size was good! The tacos were warm on top, but the eggs were cold on bottom. Plus they really had no flavor. My latte was warm at best and the coffee was not strong? I would suggest switching brands. The hot cocoa my husband got WAS delicious and stayed hot in the travel cup... so maybe that would help in the latte arena. The coffee server was by far very friendly.
