Alex and his team removed rocks, stumps and shrubs, regraded land and hillside by my house, built a small retaining wall, installed new drainage, and re-seeded the lawn. The price was reasonable, new drainage works great, the yard has a much better slope to it, and the grass came up quicker than I thought! I haven't put any new plantings in yet - we're waiting until next spring for that, but when I need help with it, I'll call on Alex. He is definitely on my contractor short-list. I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. Chris was polite and apologetic, and he did adjust the invoice, but I was left with no clear idea about the vehicle, despite paying for exactly that service.

When I open my door I asked him what he was doing he denies it and continued, including mowing around a mother, baby and her dog in the grassy area where dogs are allowed to relieve themselves. The dr asked the office manager to get involved and brought the mower and another man who wasn't around us at all approached us in our car saying he has been in business for 22 years, taking pictures of my vehicle and denying that the events occurred. This was not only rude and inconsiderate but it should not be happening during customer hospitals at a vet where there are children, animals and elderly folks on the premises within inches where they were mowing.
