Great school with a great bunch of teachers . My son is in the pre-k class his teacher is Ms…read more Tyrese. She is very kind and a great teacher . She is teaching my son a lot and making sure he is prepared for kinder next year. Everytime I come to the school the teachers are always smiling and friendly . If I ever need anything or have a question all I need to do is call and they are always more than happy to help. We will be missing all the wonderful teachers when my son goes off to elementary school next year .

Every time I tried to talk to the daughter of the owner " Kika" explaining what my son told me she will disregard. 1.- I had previously spoke to the owner Mrs. Susana Dauto and came into an "arrangement of 5 mints late for pick up" it was no communicated to the rest of the staff and I would get charge 8 dollars which I paid every time. 2.- The staff have used my son's pull-ups for 2 weeks and I brought it out to their attention to the owner which she said she would have an answer for me the next day and she never did. After 2 wks I brought it out to their attention again stating I want refund due to every time my son uses any of their things I get charge 1 Dlls. 3.- I got charge a "late fee" and again brought it out to the owner attention stating I have always pay on time and in fact I actually have 1 week in advance credit of 150 dlls. Again the owner stating she will give me an answer the following afternoon which she never did and never received a call neither she stay to give me an explanation. 4.- There has been 2 times that I have pick up my son early from school and woke him up from his nap and notice his socks and shoes were wet. This is NEGLECT. They would not do that to their own kids of course. Who sends a kid to take a nap when they have been playing outside with water?? 5.- The staff lacks of manners. They are not doing me a favor I am paying out of my pocket a good amount of money for their rude faces. 6.- " Healthy checks" They only check if your kids have "bruises" and every scratch and bruises he has getting them there from other kids biting him, scratching him. They wont event take the kid's temperature or check for log nails. 7.- I have previously write in the enrollment form I do not wish my kid to drink milk because it upsets his stomach and guess what!! he tells me they give him milk. 8.-I have pick him up early and their "healthy afternoon snack" is 2 thin slices of carrots, 3 crackers an 4 oz of water. So yes 1 carrot per 5 kids. I am running away from these place and I wished I have never moved my kid there.

Since being…read morethere she has grown and thrived; she has mastered potty training; and she is all about those letters! I'm very glad they use a classroom model (unlike in-home daycares) so kids can treat "daycare" like "school:. Akira even got enrolled in their optional gymnastics program! It's been a great place to see her grow. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Frankly, the staff is the reason I chose First School over the other daycares I considered. My first staff interaction was with Ms. Vanessa - who manages the front desk and enrollment. Ms Vanessa is the one who gave me the tour and introduced me to the teachers who would be working with my daughter. She spent about 20 mins one-on-one with me before I even committed to sending my child to this school. It was a great introduction! All the teachers are wonderful. Ms Jenn, Ms Trina, Ms. Marlene, Ms. Myra - just to name a few. They are calm, kind, and gentle. And - unlike her last school - they don't have a ton of turn over with a new teacher every 2 months. First School has a built a real community and I'm so glad my daughter gets to be a part of it.

This daycare is clean, well-organized, and filled with educational toys and activities that keep the kids learning and engaged. Ms. Trina has a wonderful way of making each child feel special and supported. She communicates clearly and consistently, and I always feel confident leaving my child in her care. If you're looking for a daycare provider who truly cares about your little one's development and well-being, Ms. Trina is the best choice! Highly recommend.
