I later received an e-mail saying that the arrangement was unavailable, so I chose to have a comparable arrangement delivered for my sister's 60th birthday. What arrived from Sissy's was not even close to my choice. I was so disappointed, embarrassed and sad that her big day was not honored properly. I contacted the website and after seeing what was delivered compared to what was ordered they refunded the entire $120.00.

I was told that the store was out of the flowers the order required. I told her that the order was for "designer's choice." Inexcusable. I had not checked the Yelp ratings before placing the order. After seeing other reviews, I wish I had done so.
