Dealt with third part who used Phillips. Arrangement was very disappointing. Phillips claimed third part gave them only $45 for $70 arrangement. I called third part and they said they gave Phillips $70 and they incorrectly filled the order at a smaller size a fact they denied. Both are disgraceful. Third party gave me small refund Phillips nothing. Plus the roses ALL died within 5 days. read more

One of my dear friends lost her mother 6 days before Christmas and I was determined to send an arrangement that represented the beautiful person who left this earth too soon, and gave comfort to my friend. I have worked with a few florists and was disappointed every time. This time, Sara, was attentive, considerate and brought my vision to reality. I asked her to send me a picture of the finished product and was not prepared for the response. Not only was it everything I asked for, they added more flowers and gave me the best deal I could have hoped for. I was moved to tears. The day of the funeral, I got a text from my friend gushing about the arrangement, and was told that everyone was blown away by its beauty. I have never been more happy with an arrangement. My family has used Philips Florist for many years. They always do a great job! I wanted to order flowers for my sister and have them delivered to her workplace. I asked if I could have some Bells of Ireland added since she has a March birthday and we are Irish! She wasn't sure if they would get the Bells in time but if they did, she would add them. The flowers were delivered as expected and were absolutely beautiful (with Bells included!) And my sister was so happy, so win/win! I have ordered from Philip's 3 times in the past and my orders were fine. My recent experience was not. My order was not written down so I had to re order and when it was done it wasnt wrapped in plastic and it was not the color arrangement I asked for. Not to mention they over charged. I was given a price when I ordered 2 times and the final price was about $10 dollars over. read more

They make great floral arrangements at very reasonable prices, periodically offer floral arrangement classes at different venues in the community, and are always friendly, cheerful and helpful.
