You can watch the cook tossing your meat, veggies, and sauce together like a pizza crust maker tosses the dough. My bowl measured in at a reasonable 6" x 1.5", and included a generous amount of delicious, white, premium, perfectly cooked chicken chunks and fresh veggies, with a wonderful cilantro lime sauce. They didn't put much gloppy cheese on it, (like I requested) and the nachos were even good at the second meal. It pulled pork, bbq sauce, and fresh vegetable. Little cheese. I like their tamales too. Heck, I generally like it all. If you make a special request, they will go out of the way to make the food for you, say, no dairy sauce, or no cheese. No problem. They are polite and nice about it.
