Like I said in my previous post I had LASIK, so I need to protect my eyeballs. Hygiene: Top notch they have a machine to read your temperature and to make sure you have a mask. Super high tech. What people have to realize when coming to a place like this is.. This salon is for learning. To give students to experience real clients. If you come in here with no expectations and patience, you'll do just fine. Since they are students each one is different and learning. Don't come here if you want high salon results, or else not only are you going to be upset but you are going to discourage a student who may be trying their best. That being said... I came in for a manicure and a facial and had a pleasant experience. Whitney, who did my services sure was happy to do a facial because I guess the cosmetology students don't get them as much. I was happy to help! ;) haha. The only thing I deduct a star is on the manicure drying station there was a lot of dust accumulated on the fan and the area where the cosmetology students do facials are literally just a wall divider from the salon. It was kind of hard to relax while laying in a bright light, however not much to do when the spa treatment room goes to the esthetics students. Maybe it should be a new project or something. Anyway! I'm excited because I've enrolled for the esthetics program next month so I'll be apart of the team very soon. :)

Rules don't apply the same to all students because of playing favorites. It's like high school but WORSE. Go anywhere else but here for everything and anything.

You can wait for someone else to finish. (we had been there FIVE hours & I ended up waiting another 40 minutes to get someone to "finish" them) This is my normal stress reliever/ mommy daughter date for me and my girls. I've never been treated so badly in my life. And the nails speak for themselves. It was HORRIBLE. I will never again. The owner is the one who spoke to me this way. And now I'm stuck with what looks like a kindergartener did my acrylic because he filed them so thin they hurt so bad I can't even file them. You can clearly see every finger is bright red on the tip. Highly do not recommend.
