He had the replacement part to repair the unit out in his van. 15 minutes later he was done, and I was able to pay with my credit card. Convenient! I felt that their prices were very fair. The site visit was $89 and my total bill for the capacitor part, site visit, and labor was $228. I felt that was very reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again for any HVAC problems.

I called after-hours, thinking I'd get voicemail and leave a message and wait for a call back, but to my surprise, someone picked up who, despite it being late, took my call politely and professionally. He asked me to text details so he could send someone out the next day, so I did. Then, first thing the next morning, I get a call that someone is on their way. I also needed some wiring fixed in another room, so I asked about that, and it was taken care of on the same visit. After a total of just an hour and a half, both things were completed and at a very reasonable price. I have a few other things on my list to take care of at some point in the future, and I'll definitely be calling these folks back.
