It had been a long time since I had any piercings done and it was great to walk into a clean and welcoming shop. I was first helped out with choosing the jewelry which was so great because I was really open to a lot of ideas and the employee helped me narrow down what would look nice together. Evan did my piercing and was so gentle and thoughtful with the entire process. He described what he would be doing and gave me a heads up at each step. He checked in with me frequently and made me feel very safe and calm. Evan was very clear about aftercare as well. I will definitely be going back for any future piercing needs!

We told the staff our ideas for tattoos, and within an hour they had it drawn up and ready for us. Devin did my tattoo, and was super helpful and listened to all my ideas. The shop was very clean and it was so nice watching him clean his area before and after my tattoo. I have to go back to finish my tattoo, but I am so happy I went. It's been almost 2 weeks since I got my tattoo done by Brian. I had given him an ink print of my…read moredogs paw print in advance. (I even have multiple really great ones and offered to send them all but he said he could work with the one I gave him). I also showed him a few pictures of how I wanted it to look; very detailed (not filled in/shaded) he said he could do it so I came back in a week and got it done. Again, I showed him other tattoos I had found online of how I wanted the print to look (dot work) and showed him one that I DIDNT want it to look like (which he grimaced at and said nah that looks like a stamp I won't do it like that). Well not only does it looks like the style I didn't want, it doesn't look like my dogs paw print at all. There is way too much shading where it shouldn't be (my dog did not have that much fur between his digits) and it makes the whole thing look messy. The individual small pads are shaped incorrectly and the largest pad is just completely wrong (shape and detail wise). The loss of my dog has hit me harder than anything I've ever had to go through - especially working in vet medicine and not being able to save his life - and I felt like Brian didn't take that seriously with how poorly my tattoo came out. If he couldn't have done detailed dot work he should've told me and I gladly would have gone somewhere else. Even if I didn't get the highly detailed dot work like I wanted, I would've been content with it looking like my dogs paw but it does not. I will be getting it removed and going to someone who will listen to my concerns and understand that this is more than a tattoo to me. I also would like to note at one point Brian said, while tattooing me, that he forgets sometimes there is a human being that he's working on. This would have been my cue to leave, had my tattoo not already been close to finishing. TLDR Im beyond upset about my tattoo and will not be coming back ever.

Brian was hilarious and any time I showed signs of pain, he was quick to make me laugh to keep my mind busy. I laughed the entire hour and a half I was there. He gave me clear instructions, and honest answers when I asked questions. I appreciate his time. Honestly I'll be going back to him for more work when I'm ready for a sleeve. I highly recommend! Oh, and also my tattoo is AMAZING. *will add more pictures once it's healed.

This man seriously knows what he's doing. Knew all about how the placement would be, how it would change over time and recommended me color options that would look good and not bleed over time.
