And the person under the age of 21 has to pay a 20 dollar cover fee. Very rude personal. The man, Billy, he is the general Maneger. I brought my sister to eat and have a good time.Don't recommend. Place is not clean and menus are dirty. The issue initiated because he asked my sister for her ID. I told him she's 18. He said I was having an attitude and he didn't ask me. This place has loud music and I did speak louder than the music so he could hear me. I tried speaking to him again as he was speaking to his colleague and he was talking about me when I approached him to ask him his name and tried explaining that I didn't have an attitude he told me to leave. I decided to take my service else where before hand because I did not like his tone and attitude towards me. I will try a different location. The situation escalated due to his lack of customer service. I also had a toddler with me what was odd to me about the interrogation on identification of my sister.

It wasn't very crowded at all. It's a nice looking place. The drinks were very good! It would have been nice to have table service though. Then we went down to the lobby bar and it was pretty packed so we actually sat in some chairs in the lobby area as a staff member recommended. Of course there was no table service there either. But we had fun!

It has plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and heat lamps for the cooler winter months. Very spacious. Inside, there's a full bar and restrooms. Tons of room, big dance floor and DJ area. The bar and staff are great. We had a VIP table here for NYE. But it's not just for parties. You can visit here whenever. Often, we will have a celebration dinner of some sort at 1700 Steakhouse downstairs. One time, for Judez birthday, they not only provided us with a bottle of champagne, but then afterwards they escorted us upstairs (10th floor - El Mirardor), and gave us a free drink or two on the rooftop. It's a cool place and worth checking out from time to time!

Sat at a table, empty for 5 minutes, sat for 5 minutes, then two guys come by and say, "this is our table, those are our (empty) drinks." So I'm faced with the decision of meeting their testosterone with mine, or relinquish the table. These young guys don't look like they have careers, so I've got more to lose meeting their attitude with mine. I move on. This happens several more time at other spots and at other tables and with other patrons. Lots of empty tables, lots of empty drinks and young guys and girls making false claims to tables. In my opinion, all those false claims could be alleviated by just having a busboy bus the empty drinks, and suddenly no claims can be made. It's been 90 minutes and not one busboy has gone to bus any empty drinks. And lots of standing claims are still being made at empty tables. The young people seldom are even making trips to the bar to buy new drinks or fill the bartenders tip jars. Only tips in the jar right now are the tips I have left behind. Music is good. Ambiance is decent.

It really speaks volumes when not a single review has been written about this place in a year…read more I don't think I've ever actually straight-up walked out of a place within the first five minutes of sitting down. But then....today....THAT happened. This place is what I would best describe as....low hanging fruit. As in...low effort, not much to be expected, bar wise. I suppose if you're looking for mixed drinks and hardcore liquor, this is the place for you. But I automatically give a place the ol' red flag if they don't even serve your basic wine selection. We've gone over this. Wine is a pretty common thing to find at a bar. At the very LEAST...your usual suspects (I.E. Merlot, Chardonnay, hell...even White Zinfandel, if you're feeling particularly sophomoric). Ya wanna know what really killed it for me though? The noise. This place is too f**king loud for me to think, much less hold a conversation. I can't quite put my finger on it. But for some reason, places like Clicks Billiards can get this sort of thing right. I dunno what it is, but that place has acoustics that compliment the sound of music without becoming overbearing to the point of not hearing the person next to you. Basically, if I can't even enjoy a conversation with the people around me and I can't even order basic red wine, I'm certainly not hesitating to give a place like this 1 disgruntled, overly anxious patron walking out the front door after just 5 minutes of sheer auditory agony...out of 5. Don't even get me started on how I ended up here in the first place.

The next day I'm scanning my bank statements and I see they charged me twice. I only signed for an $8 bill and for some reason I was also charged a $27 bill. I tried to call them with the number listed on yelp, it doesn't work. So I google the numbers, two numbers don't work either. My friend messages them, they don't reply. And then I start reading reviews on Facebook to find out people experienced similar incidents. I hope management reads this, because I want my money back. If you're coming here, use ONLY cash.
